The Assessment Package is ideal for court-ordered reviews, high-conflict situations, or first-time evaluations where the court or legal team needs a structured, impartial overview of the family situation.

This package not only provides clarity for the court but also offers a clear recommendation for next steps — whether that’s moving into the full reunification process, addressing safety concerns, or creating a tailored parenting plan.

Most families who start with the Assessment Package move into the Full Process Package once they see the clarity and momentum the structure creates.

Parent Reunification Counseling (Full Process)

This is the heart of my work — a comprehensive, structured, and emotionally safe path toward repairing parent–child relationships that have been strained, disrupted, or severed.

Start Your Journey

The expert process

you need.

Over several months, I guide families through every stage of the reunification journey:

Addressing underlying emotional wounds and relational trauma
Improving communication between parents and children
Building trust in the residential parent’s ability to ensure safety
Strengthening the child’s sense of stability and belonging

The process is tailored to your family’s unique situation and includes strategic planning to reduce the risk of returning to court. You’ll receive a personalized reunification plan, ongoing emotional support, and a final legal-ready summary that reflects your family’s progress.

My goal is not just physical reunification, but lasting emotional reconnection that can hold steady through future challenges.

THE PHASES

THE PARENT REUNIFICATION ROADMAP

Every family’s path is unique, but the process follows a predictable rhythm. This structure is part of what makes it so effective. As one mother recently reflected:

“Family therapy never had this kind of structure. With you, there’s something we can rest faith in. It’s not just you — it’s the framework you hold that has worked for hundreds of families in very severe situations.”

While every case is different, all families in this process see some level of progress. When obstacles arise, they become clear to all parties, so we can address them directly rather than remain stuck.

phase 01

Assessment + Stabilization

We begin with a comprehensive evaluation of your family’s history, current challenges, and legal landscape. The goal here is stabilization — ensuring the child feels safe, supported, and heard before increasing contact.

phase 02

Therapeutic Bridge Building

We address the emotional wounds and mistrust that have built up between parents and children. This may involve individual sessions, joint sessions, and co-parent coaching.

phase 04

Integration & Independence

We transition toward unsupervised contact and normal routines, with a final legal-ready summary documenting progress and next steps.

phase 03

Gradual Progressive Reconnection

Guided, child-centered contact begins — often virtually at first — increasing frequency and duration as trust grows.

Your window to repair the relationship is now — waiting only deepens the disconnect.

Family Restructuring Therapy & Coaching

Helping parents and children adjust with care, clarity, and connection

Not all divorces involve courtroom chaos. Yet even when things seem “amicable,” the emotional terrain of separation can be deeply disorienting—especially for your child.

This service is for families who are not embroiled in high conflict but still want skilled, child-centered support to navigate the many “firsts” of divorce:

  • The first two-home schedule

  • The first shared holiday apart

  • The first time explaining what’s changing—to a child’s tender heart.

You may be wondering how to minimize harm, make thoughtful transitions, and co-parent with grace even as the shape of your family shifts. That’s where I come in.

With over two decades of experience in family systems and trauma-sensitive care, I offer a calm, strategic space to help you:

  • Create consistent routines across both homes

  • Build a co-parenting rhythm that reduces anxiety, not just for your child—but for you

  • Speak to your child about the separation in a way that honors their emotional safety

  • Establish agreements for holidays, school decisions, and other parenting logistics with empathy and foresight

This is a preventive support service—not court-ordered, not crisis-driven. It’s a thoughtful pause to make sure your child’s emotional world stays as steady as possible as the external pieces rearrange.

If you want to parent wisely through the storm of change, this space is for you.

Expert Testimony &

In-Person Services

When your case calls for the weight of professional credibility, I provide expert testimony that bridges clinical understanding and legal clarity. My testimony is informed by direct case involvement, a trauma-informed perspective, and 21 years of professional experience.

For families who are further along in their agreements — or ready for advanced stages of the reunification process — I also offer mobile, community-based in-person services. This means I come to you, meeting in real-world environments that help children and parents reconnect naturally.

Whether through supervised therapeutic visitation or on-site interventions, these experiences build on counseling progress and support lasting change.

Client Love

Why This Is Different From Family Therapy?

Family therapy can be valuable — especially to maintain progress once the high-stakes phase is over. But in the midst of litigation, high conflict, and emotional crisis, it often falls short.

Here’s why:

  • Insurance covers family therapy, but you may not get a specialist who understands both the legal and emotional stakes.

  • Most therapists avoid court involvement and have little to no experience communicating with attorneys or testifying.

  • The structure is missing. Without a defined process, progress can stall and conflicts can worsen.

  • I collaborate and coordinate with attorneys, guardians ad litem, evaluators, and other professionals — something most therapists simply don’t have time or systems to do.

My approach blends the best of a family systems model with a legally informed, trauma-focused process that has worked for hundreds of families in severe, high-conflict situations.

Investment & Value

Parent Reunification is an investment — in your child’s emotional stability, your family’s future, and your peace of mind.

This work is specialized, intensive, and far more cost-effective than trial. Just one day in court can cost twice the price of my entire three-month full process package — without any guarantee of healing or sustainable resolution.

You’re not just paying for my time — you’re securing a proven structure that has guided hundreds of families in the most severe situations. It’s this structure — not luck — that allows you to rest faith in the process, knowing it has worked before and will work for you if followed.

Even when families resist or struggle, we don’t stay stuck — the process makes it clear what the true obstacles are so they can be addressed directly. By the end, you leave in a better place than when you started — with more stability, stronger relationships, and a clearer path forward.
